We are Cindi and Mike totally in love ♥♥ and about to be married.
We are people of color, we are men
and women, we are visitors.
We are Robert who is too little to
read and knows every word of the service.
We are very young and some of us are getting older……
Sometimes we are funny and smart
and confused and sad,
We are faithful and questioning and
busy and tired.
We are Alex bringing his bear for a blessing.
We love to sing and pray and listen
and be heard.
Sometimes we sit and sometimes we
kneel.
We have been known to eat loads and loads…..then some of us diet!
We give blood to the Red Cross + and we go canoeing together.
We kick up our heals and dance,
we party with our children.
We are Sadie who says, “I have fun at church!”
We are the hands that hold each other
when the going get tough.
We are the hearts that love each
other.
We see God’s presence just about everywhere
we look.
