Opportunities for Adults
Tuesday Morning Bible Study
This friendly and faithful group meets each Tuesday at 10:00 am to study the Bible together.
Greek New Testament Class
Meeting each Thursday at 10:00 am, this group strives for deeper understanding of the Bible by reading it in Greek.
Trinity Men's Group
Our men meet each Saturday at 8:00 am for breakfast and Bible study, taking it in turns to cook for the group and coming together to start their weekend in faith and fellowship.
Adult Forum Hour
Our Adult Forum covers a variety of topics in open meetings between Sunday services.
Christian Formation
Our growth in faith does not end with adulthood. These groups specialize in education and expansion of our understanding.
Service Volunteers
These parishioners work in a variety of roles to accomplish and enrich all of the components of our services both during the service and behind the scenes.
Lector
These individuals read bible passages and psalsm and lead prayers during the service.
Usher
Ushers are a welcoming face before service and a guide during tje service, helping lead our parishioners through communion and offertory.
Altar Assistant
Our Altar Assistants assist the priest throughout the service, and serve as chalicists during communion.
Altar Guild
The Altar Guild works behind the scenes to prepare the church with all of the needed components of the liturgy.
Flower Guild
These members use their eye for beauty and their green thumbs to beautofy the church and bring the beauty of God's creation indoors.
Adult Choir
Our choir brings the joy of music to our 11:00 service, leading the hymns and performing inspiring anthems.
Interest Groups
These groups enjoy fellowship through shared interests.
Service and Outreach
These groups serve our church and our community through their actions.
Food Ministry
This group works together on the second and fourth Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each month at 9:30 am. Through their efforts, they pack and distribute food to many families and individuals dealing with food insecurity in the surrounding area.
Receptions to Follow
These volunteers prepare the receptions and parties that occur in our church. Their highest calling is preparing the receptions after funerals, letting families have the space to grieve without the concern of entertaining guests.
Parochial Care Team
This work from home ministry sends birthday cards and other notes of care to every member of Trinity church.
Gardeners
Our gardeners, led by Dexter Fox, are responsible for the stunning grounds arounf our building.
Nursery Volunteers
These caring tams care for our youngest parishioners during the 11:00 service on the first and third Sundays of the month so their parents can focus on worship.
Altar of Hope
The Altar of Hope organized, collects, packs, and distributes all of the imgredients for Thanksgiving dinners to 50 families in the Manassas area each year.
